Steven Tedjamulia - Founder and CEO

Steven Tedjamulia has 10 years of experience in the technology industry and has an extensive background in outsourcing, product management and the collaboration market. Currently, he represents Netkode’s North America Business Development and Sales operations.  Netkode is a software research and development factory in India with over 100 developers. Netkode specializes in helping start-ups and larger businesses and enterprises outsource the development of collaboration, content management, and rich- internet applications.  In addition to Netkode, Steven also founded VR Recruiting and is an industry blogger for outsourcing-startup and Collaboration Loop.  Prior to Netkode, Steven managed several professional development teams in India, Bulgaria, Indonesia, Ukraine, Switzerland, and the United States.  He has also worked with outsourcing companies in Mexico, Brazil, and China.  Steven was Head of Product Management and Strategy for Collanos, a start-up focusing on building voice over Internet protocol (VOIP) and peer-to-peer (P2P) collaboration solutions.  Prior to Collanos, Steven was a Collaboration Architect for Novell, where he was responsible for Novell’s collaboration architecture and played a principle role in defining its collaboration strategy. Tedjamulia is very familiar with collaboration market leaders such as Alfresco, BEA, EMC, IBM, Interwoven, Microsoft, Open Text, Oracle, Sitescape, Vignette Adobe, Liferay, and Webex. Tedjamulia has a Masters in Information Systems from Brigham Young University. Steven’s experience includes being a collaboration analyst for TrendIQ, advisor to the Collaborative Technologies Conference, business-development advisor for www.webhuddle.com, collaboration-industry researcher for Brigham Young University, Product Manager, Business Development Manager, and Alliance Manager for Novell Netware, and a member of Novartis Pharma global eBusiness best-practice team.
